We collect, wash, grind and pelletise post-consumer plastic in our own facility, then export lab-tested flakes and pellets on FCL terms with a certificate of analysis for every lot.
Materials
High-Density Polyethylene
Rigid, impact-resistant regrind and pellets from post-industrial and post-consumer sources. Blow-moulding and pipe extrusion grades.
Low-Density Polyethylene
Soft, high-clarity film-grade pellets washed and pelletised in-house. Natural, mixed-colour and black grades available.
Polyethylene Terephthalate
Hot-washed clear, green and brown bottle flakes. Food-contact bottle stock, sorted, de-labelled and metal-detected before baling.
Lightweight, heat-resistant repro pellets for automotive parts, crates, food containers and non-woven textiles. Natural, grey and black. MFI 4 – 25 g/10 min, density 0.90 – 0.91 g/cm³.
Process
Baled bottles and film collected through our own network of collection points across Bangladesh.
Manual colour sorting, label and cap removal, then hot caustic wash and rinse lines.
Flaking, drying and extrusion into consistent, low-moisture pellets and flakes.
IV, MFI, density, moisture and contamination checked per lot. COA issued with every shipment.
20ft / 40ft FCL loading, photo documentation, and Bill of Lading within 7 days of loading.
Facility
Our wash lines, extruders and pelletising lines run from Sylhet, Bangladesh. From here we collect, process and export recycled LDPE, HDPE, PET and PP under one quality-controlled operation.
Export
Based in Sylhet, Bangladesh, we ship lab-tested recycled resin to buyers across Europe, Asia and the Americas. All container loads leave via Chattogram Port with full export documentation, fumigation where required, and third-party pre-shipment inspection on request.
Regular FCL shipments to Felixstowe, Southampton and London Gateway. We supply UK recyclers, compounders and film converters looking to meet recycled-content targets under the Plastic Packaging Tax.
Pelletised (non-waste) grades shipped to Ningbo, Shanghai, Qingdao and Guangzhou for compounders and fibre producers, supplied to meet Chinese import requirements for recycled resin.
